*SUMMER HOURS Now in effect. Open 6am daily. Close at; 4pm-Sun & Mon, 5pm- Tues, Wed & Sat, 6pm- Thurs & Fri.

*Trolling is well into summer patterns. Fishing has been good one day, slow the next, depending mostly on the local weather. Stable high pressure has seen the best action,  Fish are scattered about, tight to structure, suspended just off it, or right on the bottom in places for the bigger Lake trout. Many tactics are working right now, including Downrigger, Dipsy, and Leadcore presentations. Fish are being caught mainly north and out of the bay, or the S. Channel, out onto the flats, and up into the islands has been best. Cover lots of water and depths in the water column until a pattern can be worked out. Stable summer weather should improve the bite somewhat.  Smallmouth fishing is in transition right now. few fish left in the shallows in the sloughs, most fish moving out into their deeper water summer haunts. The Mayfly hatch is still going sporadically, and should make for a tough bite the next week or two. Run and gun for Bass and when you find a pod of willing fish be prepared to camp on them to entice a few biters.  Walleye and Northern trollers are finding a few fish spread out to the channel edges and offshore structures. Harnesses and small deep cranks have been producing.

*Stream trout fishing has been decent Flies, bait, and even spinners have been catching some nice resident browns, brookies, and baby steelhead.

*Inland reports have been up and down with the warming temps. Walleye are moving to the basins and the deeper weed edges, and biting on small crankbaits as well as jig-n-minnow combos, & slipfloats, night has been best. Panfish & Bass spawn is done, and fish are moving deeper.  Muskie reports have been fair. Unstable weather had hindered the bite somewhat, but warming temps and stable summer weather has improved the bite recently, especially on the smaller lakes.
